Ingredients

One avacado halloumi cheese - 2slices each, chop into squares when cooked 4cups of spinach one red onion one orange pepper coconut oil 1tsp  

Directions

  1. Fry the pepper onion and spinach on low heat till soft enough to eat
  2. cut in half the avacado and scoop out of skin
  3. grill halloumi for 15 mins high heat till golden brown
