Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 block of cream cheese -Coating
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
