Ingredients
- 2 cups of any milk of your choosing
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp Chayah blueberry powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl
- Pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat, remove before it reaches the boiling point
- Pour into a mug and enjoy! Option to top with edible flowers
