- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 block of cream cheese -Coating
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix ingredients
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes
