Chest/Tricep Routine
- Bench Press: 4 x 12-6 reps
- Incline Bench Press: 3 x 10-6 reps
- Pec Deck Machine: 2 x 10
- Incline Chest Press Machine: 3 x 10 – Dropsets
- Cable Tricep Kickbacks: 3 x 10-6 reps
- Cable Flys: 4 x 15-10 reps
- Tricep Straight Bar Pushdowns: 3 x 8-10 reps
- Tricep Cable Pushdowns: 3 x 8-10 reps
