1 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
- 1 cup quick oats (gluten-free if required)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Add the walnut pieces and oats to a food processor. Mix until broken down.
- Add the dates and continue to process until it forms a dough.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Remove from processor, roll into balls and enjoy!
- Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
- Makes approximately 16-18 balls.
