
One avacado
halloumi cheese - 2slices each, chop into squares when cooked
4cups of spinach
one red onion
one orange pepper
coconut oil 1tsp
- Fry the pepper onion and spinach on low heat till soft enough to eat
- cut in half the avacado and scoop out of skin
- grill halloumi for 15 mins high heat till golden brown
